Noraebang in Seoul (Korean Karaoke)

Seoul Nightlife Activities

A popular night-time activity in Seoul is karaoke, or noraebang, where many Seoulites flock to belt out to their favourite tunes until the early hours of the morning. Noraebang centres are available almost everywhere in the city, particularly in busy nightlife districts such as Gangnam, Hongdae, and Apgujeong.

Korean karaoke rooms are usually equipped with massive televisions, ample microphones and tambourines, as well as an extensive digital collection of popular tunes in English, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. The average rate per hour is between 2,000 and 20,000 won, while Korean soju, beers, soft drinks, and snacks are available at additional charges. Unlike western karaoke bars where customers sing to a room full of strangers, these rooms are private so you can enjoy singing away to just your nearest and dearest. We have listed some of the most popular noraebang in Seoul for you to check out this very Korean activity.
